SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

STANDARD SHIPPING RATE

A flat shipping rate of $15.95 will apply to all orders in “the lower 48”. See map for estimated shipping times once the order has shipped.

A signature will be required when received. Orders requested to ship “without a signature” can be honored, however if the package goes missing after it is delivered, Cezanne Professional Products is not responsible for order replacement or order refund.

We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses for professional stylists and consumers at this time. All orders that have PO addressed will be cancelled. 

DELIVERY TIMES

You will receive a confirmation of shipment with tracking by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed in the afternoon will not ship until the following business day. For example, orders placed late Friday may not ship until the following Monday.

RETURNS 

Returns are not accepted. Any undeliverable orders that are returned to Cezanne, will be returned to stock and a refund issued for the product cost only. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
