Shipping & Returns
US STANDARD SHIPPING
Cezanne offers standard shipping within the continental United States.
- Shipping Fee: $15.95 on professional orders under $250
- Free Shipping: Orders over $250
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Some states are subject to state shipping tax.
We are unable to accept special shipping requests.
We do not ship to:
- Third-party shipping facilities
- PO Boxes
- Regions outside of the US continental states
Orders placed with restricted shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Orders ship “without a signature” required; however, the carrier may request a signature upon delivery.
If you would like to request “signature upon delivery”, please text “Ship with a signature” or “Signature required” in the notes section during the checkout process. We will do our best to honor the request.
ALL OTHER REGIONS
If you are a licensed hair stylist located outside the continental United States, please check for an authorized distributor in your area.
US ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following week.
- Processing times may exceed 48 business hours during busy smoothing seasons, holidays, or high order volume periods.
You will receive:

An automated order confirmation email (ensure your email is correct).

A shipment confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please monitor your tracking number daily for updates. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
Carriers such as FedEx and UPS offer delivery management options through their tracking platforms. If you have delivery-related questions, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to Cezanne.
Cezanne is not responsible for undeliverable shipments.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted.
If an order is undeliverable and returned to Cezanne:
- The product cost will be refunded.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping and shipping tax charges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for resolution.
Take 1–3 photos immediately if items arrive damaged.
In select cases, returns may:
- Be subject to a $15.95 return fee
- Require return in the original shipping box
